Can my travel mug be used for hot and cold drinks?
Absolutely! It works great for keeping drinks hot and cold.
We dont recommend having the lid on with carbonated drinks or perishables as this can cause pressure to build inside the mug and the lid to eject.
What does "leak resistant lid" mean?
Like most travel mug brands our lids are leak resistant. This mean that the slider that covers the mouth opening may leak in the event the travel mug is tipped upside down or shaken.
Does the travel mug get hot touch?
Due to the double wall insulation you will not feel the heat on the exterior of the mug. Due to the lid being plastic it can become hot.
Are the travel mugs durable?
Absolutely! We chose a custom printing method that is anti-scratch so your travel mug will continue to look beautoful for years to come.
The stainless steel is also durable, but there is always the possability for damge if mistreated. The lids being made from plastic are suseptable to breaking if dropped on hard surfaces.
How long will my the travel mug keep my drink hot?
The answer to this question is subjective as everyone likes their cuppa at different temperatures, how often you open and close your lid, and what time of year it is.
From our testing we found you should get up to 2-3 hours if you like a really hot cuppa. If you like to sip on it all day it should keep your cuppa warm up to 6 hours.
These time frames are only a guide as there are too many variables that determine how long you drink stays hot for.
Are the travel mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, we recommend they be put on the top shelf of your dishwasher.
Clean Before Use
Thoroughly clean your boho travel mug and lid before use.
Our travel mugs are dishwasher safe. Werecommend placing them on the top shelf of your dishwasher or washing by hand.
Only use a mild dish soap for hand washing. No bleach.
For thorough cleaning: remove the gasket seal from the lid, and thoroughly clean and dry before reinstalling.
Its recommended to store your travel mug with the lid removed to ensure longevity of the gasket.
Safety Warnings
Hot beverages will remain hot for several hours, use with caution to prevent burns and injury.
Do not place in microwave.
Do not place in freezer.
Carbonated drinks and perishable foods can cause degration of the travel mug, lid and gasket. We do not recommend putting these items in the travel mug.
Carbonated drinks and perishables can cause pressure to build inside the travel mug and the lid to eject causing injury.
The steam from hot liquids will cause the lid to eject if the mouth slider is closed. Allow drink to cool slightly before closing the mouth slider to ensure the lid is sealed correctly.
Due to the lid being plastic it may become hot during use. Use with caution.

When will my items be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped the next business day, unless you have chosen a pre-order item. Please see the shop page of the pre-ordered item for an approximate shipping date.
Covid is still causing domestic shipping delays, please consider this before placing your order.
Will my items be tracked?
Yes, all parcels can be tracked online. We mainly use two courier partners Interparcel and Sendle. Once we have arranged your courier you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Unfortunately, our couriers do not accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are concerned about missing your delivery you are welcome to put your workplace address instead of your home address. We also recommend you also noting the business name to help our couriers find your workplace.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, you will need to contact us to place your order and receive your shipping quote.
Unfortunately, due to our insurance policy we are unable to ship to the USA or Canada.

How do I wash my sleeping bag?
Spot cleaning is a great option to ensure longevity of your sleeping bag. A damp cloth is fine to use or a tiny amount of liquid laundry detergent on your damp cloth to help lift stains.
For machine washing our manufacturer recommends a cold, gentle wash with a good quality laundry powder or liquid.
Unzip the sleeping bag completely before putting it in the wash.
Do not tumble dry, air dry is the best option. Do not dry clean.
You may need to give your sleeping bag a few flicks if the filling clumps together during the spin cycle of washing. This is normal and easily fixed.
How do I care for my camping chair?
For stains on the fabric, spot clean with a gentle soap and damp cloth.
Do not leave in the sun or extreme weather conditions to avoid deterioration of the fabric and print.
If you are taking your camping chair to the beach, we recommend hosing the frame and letting it dry properly before storage to avoid potential rusting from salt water.
Store in the provided travel bag to help with longevity of the product.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Po Boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted by our courier partners. Only residential or commercial street addresses can be accepted.
We insure all our orders, therefore signature on delivery is required. If you are not available for delivery, in most circumstances a calling card to redeliver your parcel will be left at your postal address.
If you have special circumstance surrounding your delivery, please leave a note on your order during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Delivery instructions are limited to 30 characters. We will contact you via phone or email if we are unable to help you with your special circumstances.
Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Time Estimates
For metro areas shipping usually takes 3-5 business days once your order has been collected by our courier.
Outside of metro areas can take up to 10 business days.
WA & NT tend to have longer than usual shipping times. We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks shipping time if you are outside of a metro area, and 4 weeks for rural areas.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
As our shipping charges are calculated based on weight you will need to add your product to the cart for it to calculate your shipping costs.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Our couriers do not accept Po Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Lock Bags as a delivery address. We can only accept residential or commercial addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received any communications from us regarding your order prior to contacting us.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Boho Camping Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with The Boho Camping Co. Photographs or videos, will be required to process your claim. Some of our courier partners can take up to 30 days to process a “damaged or lost in transit claim”.
International Shipping Policy

Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. The delivery date is the date in which your order was received, or our couriers left a re-delivery card if you were not home.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend purchasing additional insurance when you return you item(s) as The Boho Camping Co. is not responsible for any financial loss, loss of product(s), or product damage during the item(s) return delivery period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, we can refund you to your nominated bank account. The Boho Camping Co. is not responsible for any loss of funds if you supply your incorrect banking details.
Refunds
If you item is lost in transit, we will arrange a full refund of your order or replacement of product.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns. Under Australian Consumer Law you have 3 years from the date of purchase to use your gift card with us. Failure to use your gift card within this time frame will result in loss of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund arrives in your account. The usual time from in 3-5 business days.

Exchanges / Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thebohocampingco@gmail.com. If the product is no longer in stock you may choose a different design.
You will be contacted within 3-5 business days with instructions of how to arrange your exchange.
If you have accidently ordered the wrong item, please contact us via email at: thebohocampingco@gmail.com. If you order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to correct your order for you.
If your incorrect order has already been shipped the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and re-shipping the correct item.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you as the purchaser are responsible for any returns in the unlikely event the product(s) is faulty or damaged.
