Returns and Refund Policy
30 – Day Money Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. The delivery date is the date in which your order was received, or our couriers left a re-delivery card if you were not home.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend purchasing additional insurance when you return you item(s) as The Boho Camping Co. is not responsible for any financial loss, loss of product(s), or product damage during the item(s) return delivery period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, we can refund you to your nominated bank account. The Boho Camping Co. is not responsible for any loss of funds if you supply your incorrect banking details.
Refunds
If you item is lost in transit, we will arrange a full refund of your order or replacement of product.
We do not offer refunds due to slow delivery times. Covid continues to cause significant shipping delays Australia wide. Please consider the possibility of long delivery times before purchasing with us.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns. Under Australian Consumer Law you have 3 years from the date of purchase to use your gift card with us. Failure to use your gift card within this time frame will result in loss of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund arrives in your account. The usual time from in 3-5 business days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thebohocampingco@gmail.com so we can investigate your refund.
Exchanges / Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thebohocampingco@gmail.com. If the product is no longer in stock you may choose a different design.
You will be contacted within 3-5 business days with instructions of how to arrange your exchange.
If you have accidently ordered the wrong item, please contact us via email at: thebohocampingco@gmail.com. If you order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to correct your order for you.
If your incorrect order has already been shipped the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and re-shipping the correct item.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you as the purchaser are responsible for any returns in the unlikely event the product(s) is faulty or damaged.
